Introduction to Air Discharge Silencer:


The air exhaust muffler can meet the noise reduction requirements of various sizes of boilers for air exhaust, safety valve exhaust, and boiler air supply fans. It is also used for boiler steam emissions and other gas emissions in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and textile, to meet the noise standards of industrial enterprises. The following are the requirements:


1. The exhaust steam suppressor is used for air discharge, and the exhaust muffler is used for air discharge, which has a large consumption capacity and can reach 20-25 decibels; The venting muffler can reach 15-20 decibels.


2. Small in size, lightweight, easy to install, and easy to maintain.


3. The XYQ series uses high-quality stainless steel or carbon steel for the cylinder body, which has sufficient strength and corrosion resistance.


4. Can fix and absorb the vertical and horizontal thermal displacement of the exhaust pipe, so that the exhaust pipe is not affected by the installation of the muffler

-Purpose and production of exhaust muffler---


The safety valve exhaust muffler is mainly used in industries such as power, chemical, metallurgy, etc. - to eliminate high-temperature and high-pressure steam emissions from safety valves, PCV valves, and exhaust valves.


For boiler safety valves and exhaust valves, they can be seen as components of the pipeline. After internal acoustic treatment, the generation and transmission of noise can be reduced, resulting in a noise reduction of 20-30 decibels (A sound) at the outlet, and a corresponding reduction of over 60% in loudness, which is subjective and effective. When designing a safety valve exhaust steam eliminator, the following three aspects should be considered:


1. After elimination, excessive noise should be avoided, and the amount of elimination should meet the requirements of the Industrial Enterprise Noise Hygiene Standards.


2. Fire extinguishers should be rust proof, anti clogging, high temperature, high pressure, and high airflow resistant.


3. The emission and blockage ratio of the fire extinguisher should be suitable for the smooth discharge of the safety valve exhaust airflow.


2: Principle of air discharge eliminators


The air exhaust muffler adopts the principle of through-hole spraying and resistance, which replaces the micro hole perforated plate type with a large hole expansion and flow control. The principle of ensuring smooth exhaust of the safety door on the structure, layered perforation sound absorption, and combined with the principle of resistance and elimination, allows steam sound waves to enter several small holes of the sound-absorbing material, causing molecular vibration of the porous material, and converting sound energy into heat energy to overcome frictional resistance and viscous force, That is to say, it has achieved the goal of rational consumption and ensured the smooth elimination of steam.


3: Consumer ordering and selection


When ordering silencers, the following information must be provided:


(1) Exhaust volume - low (T/h), start-up pressure, temperature.


(2) Outer diameter and wall thickness of exhaust pipe;


(3) Conclusion - Small hole type or anti spray composite type can be selected- Ordinary users can choose a composite type consumer, which is made of stainless steel inside and carbon steel shell material; Welding or flange docking can be selected for takeover; The supporting legs can be selected as leg or ear type knots;
