Due to equipment wear and changes in coal types, the fineness of coal powder will undergo significant changes, which will affect the economic operation of the boiler. Therefore, based on the results of regular sampling and measurement of coal powder fineness, it is used as a basis for timely use of the folding door opening of the entire separator and damage to equipment components. This production uses compressed air blowing and suction sampling with an air extractor to avoid the occurrence of sampling port blockage and make sampling easy. The sampling speed is controlled by controlling the compressed air pressure.

3. When sampling, check if all components of the sampling gun are connected properly, and only after confirming that the sampling bottle and other connections are incorrect, can sampling begin.


4. Open the fly ash pipeline for sampling and measurement - seal the seat, insert the sampling gun into the pipeline in the direction of the airflow, and sample step by step in the same direction. As shown in the figure:

Introduction and function of fly ash sampler:


1. Sampling head - The smoke flow enters the sampler from this port.


2. Sampling tube - The smoke flow enters the glucoside air separator through the sampling head through this tube.


3. Pressure transfer tube - adjusts the flow rate of fly ash in the sampling tube to be equal to the flow rate in the flue through the pressure indication of the pressure transfer tube.


4. "U-shaped" tube - refers to the pressure indicator inside the sampling tube and flue.


5. Outlet pipe - The smoke airflow enters the sampling device through the outlet pipe when the pressure is lower than the pressure inside the flue.


6. Cyclone separator - The flue gas flow is separated here, and the fly ash enters the ash collection hopper. The gas is discharged from the outlet pipe.


7. Ash collection hopper - collects the falling ash from the cyclone separator.


8. Sampling bottle - used to collect fly ash samples.


The fixed fly ash sampler device is developed using the principles of negative pressure suction and cyclone separator to extract fly ash from the flue and perform solid and gas separation. Please provide an explanation in conjunction with the fly ash sampling process.


During the fly ash sampling process, all valves are opened. When compressed air is sprayed out from the outlet pipe, its jet action causes negative pressure at the pipeline connected to the sampling valve, and the gas inside the pipeline is carried out. The separator and the sampling bottle at its bottom are closed connections, and only the sampling tube can be connected to the outside. So the appearance of negative pressure promotes the gas and ash compounds in the flue to enter the sampler along the sampling tube. The gas and ash compounds are separated in the separator, fly ash enters the sampling bottle, and gas is carried out by compressed air from the upper outlet of the separator.


The function of the blowing valve is to open and blow away the remaining fly ash in the pipeline after the fly ash sampling, in order to prevent the sampling pipe from being blocked by fly ash and ensure accurate sampling. The blowing valve can also be used as a shut-off valve.

Working process of fly ash sampler:


After the smoke flow enters the sampling nozzle, it passes through the sampling tube and enters the cyclone separator in the tangential direction along the wall. It then rotates up and down along the wall. During the rotation process, the fly ash is thrown onto the wall due to the inertia of force, and falls into the ash collection hopper along the wall through force, entering the sampling bottle. The gas is discharged through the outlet pipe.


When the flue gas flow rate is within the range of 6m/s to 14m/s, the constant velocity sampling rate is greater than 95%, and the sampler can also be powered by an air pump, which can operate intermittently. Within the range of unit load of 70~/F, it has the function of constant velocity adjustment. Reliable operation, convenient operation, and requires human maintenance.


Note:


(1) Fly ash sampler - generally installed on the flue of the air preheater. If the flue width is greater than 2m, two samplers should be symmetrically installed on the flue. If the width is less than 2m, only one sampler should be installed.


(2) The pipe joints used for connection type transition are all equipped with water heating equipment, and some movable joints should be added between them for easy disassembly and assembly, while minimizing the number of welded parts.


(3) Connection welding requirements - closed.


Instructions for operating the fly ash sampler:


1. Open valve A and ensure that parts 7 and 8 are connected and closed. Adjust the valve opening to ensure that the water level inside the U-shaped pipe is equal, and start sampling.


2. After sampling for 5-10 minutes, close valve A, unscrew sample bottle O, and send it to the analysis room for analysis.


3. After each sample is taken, open valve A again to extract for 5 minutes to remove any accumulated dust in the sampling tube (compressed air can also be used for blowing).


If the sampling tube is blocked, blow it with compressed air.


Installation instructions for fly ash sampler:


1. Drill a hole in the flue and insert the sampling tube into the flue, with the sampling head facing the direction of smoke flow. (Depending on the situation, the manufacturer can provide their own anti wear sleeve)


2. Weld the sealing flange to the flue and weld it to the sampling tube to ensure sealing.


3. Connect the sampling tube to the cyclone collector with a nut, and connect the pressure measuring tube to the U-shaped tube with a silicone tube.


4. Connect the cyclone collector to the outlet pipe and valve, and then use a conduit to connect the sampling system to a certain position behind the baffle plate of the induced draft fan (i.e. open a hole here and weld the conduit).


5. Insulate the fly ash sampling system (outside the flue) and the entire collector to prevent condensation and blockage of the pipeline after sampling.
